Reiki with Jana

Reiki - established by Dr Mikao Usui - is a Japanese technique that employs universal life force energy to rejuvenate the body, mind, and soul. Jana Jones, owner of Zen Yoga & Pilates, has a passion to understand the human condition, and how best we overcome adversity to live the best life we can. Combining life experience with a degree in Psychology, 20+ years of studying Buddhism and Yoga and now Reiki as a Practitioner, Jana works with clients on both a physical and energetic level.

Jana’s objective is to create a safe environment for you to connect with your true self, explore your innermost being, and cultivate a heightened sense of mindfulness. Her aim is for you to leave your Reiki sessions feeling grounded, empowered, and motivated to take inspired action.

Sarah's journey toward Nutrition and Wellbeing began with her own health struggles, a path familiar to many in this field. Her time in Bali was a turning point. There, amidst the world of plant-based nutrition and fermentation, Sarah led workshops, organised retreats, and explored the beautiful connections between Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and holistic health within a serene Yoga Studio. It was during this time that she realised her calling to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Nutrition.

Sarah's passion revolves around Gut Health, the Gut-Brain Connection, and the Microbiome, understanding their extensive influence on every aspect of a thriving life. From tending to digestive issues to unravelling their impact on immune health, inflammation, mood, and beyond, these areas deeply resonate with her.
