Settle in and let the sound find you. Unfold & Release is a 90-minute sound meditation with Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls and a Gong, held at Zen Movement in Rocklea. There's nothing to achieve and nowhere you need to be.

The Christmas season can be full, so this is your reminder to make space for yourself. Ninety minutes, just for you, to slow down, breathe and come back to yourself before the rush takes over.

What to expect

• Settle onto your mat as the room is softly lit

• A guided meditation to settle the mind

• Crystal Bowls to open the journey

• Tibetan Bowls to ground the body

• A Gong to bring it all together

• Time to rest, with nothing you need to do

What to bring

• Your own yoga mat (required)

• Blankets and bolsters are supplied

• Optional: your own pillow or any extra props for support

• Loose, comfortable clothing that covers you fully, with no zips or buttons
